  • Return the Item: If your refund is approved, you will be asked to return the product to us. Please use a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined in our Refund Eligibility section.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a refund or replacement.

Original Shipping: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in processing the order.
